The My Gym program is especially designed to teach you and your children how to exercise safely, have fun, eat well and live happy!
1 in 4 Australian children are obese and around 1 in 700 children have diabetes. Whilst the cause of type 1 diabetes is unknown, type 2 arises largely from poor diet and exercise.
